Jamie

With 20 years experience in the construction industry, our lead builder and owner, Jamie, is passionate about the building techniques and science used in sustainable housing. As a certified Passive House Tradesman he strives to create healthy homes that are environmentally friendly. Jamie has developed a reputation throughout his career for his keen eye for detail and delivering high quality outcomes for clients.

Jamie and his wife Abbie have travelled extensively, developing a passion for ancient architecture and an appreciation for the unique buildings of each city and country across Europe and Asia.

Abbie

Abbie heads our admin and marketing for Ecohaus, with over ten years in education lending her the organisational skills to run a highly efficient and productive business. She’s always had a love for buildings and design, having worked on many personal projects and renovations with Jamie on their family home over the years. A week after ripping the roof off their home for the latest project, she fell pregnant with twins! She now splits her time between raising the kids and managing Ecohaus.
